Ahola eAuthorization / Ahola eReports

The Ahola eAuthorization enables clients to conveniently and securely transmit payroll information to Ahola via email. Created in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, this document is password protected and encrypted prior to transmittal. With the eAuthorization, Ahola clients can enter their employees payroll information directly into the spreadsheet, review it, and send it to Ahola electronically. One hour after the completion of payroll processing, the client will receive the eAuthorization for the next payroll cycle.

Ahola eReports is a secure and paperless way to provide clients their reports without having to wait for delivery. After completion of payroll processing, the cycle’s payroll reports (in PDF format) are sent via email to the assigned recipient.
