Payroll Processing

Every payroll, we will prepare; payroll checks, employee pay statements, payroll register, and payroll authorization to organize your next payroll. We also have an eAuthorization, enabling you to provide your payroll information to us via email.

Also, for every tax deposit, the Ahola National Tax Service (optional) will electronically transfer funds from your account for all payroll taxes; calculate, deposit and file all payroll taxes and tax returns, and put you in compliance with all electronic filing laws and the ever-changing federal, state and local tax regulations.  If you choose our Tax Deposit Notice service, we will provide a tax deposit notice of tax due and signature-ready returns.

Our monthly service includes preparing whatever summary reports you need, including; department summary for general ledger posting, deduction registers, 401(k), 403(b), 408(k) or other pension plan reporting, including gross and deducted amounts and employee matching amounts, and Section 125 Cafeteria Plan reporting.

For our quarterly service, we prepare and file, Federal Forms 941 and Schedule B(tax liability), Federal Unemployment insurance deposits, State Unemployment Insurance returns, State Employer’s Report of Wages, tax summary and employee earnings report, and provide copies of actual returns.

Our semi-annual service consists of, preparing a worksheet that summarizes wages according to Worker’s Compensation job classifications to help you calculate current premiums and budget for future expenses.

Our annual service includes preparing filing, and reconciling employee W-2s, employer federal, state, and local W-2s, W-3 federal, state and local withholding returns, and 940 Federal Unemployment Tax return.

Our optional services include, National Tax Service, direct deposit, check sign, stuff, and seal, 401(k) or other pension plan reporting, new hire reporting, Ahola account, labor distribution, and split/multiple city tax tracking.
