The Ahola story has humble beginnings with the launch of the company by the wife and husband team of Rheta and Chet. What started out as a data processing service for local companies has grown and evolved into a 50+ employee company serving thousands of clients across the US. We now provide payroll and a broad set of HR solutions which will continue to expand as we meet the needs of our clients and adjust to the ever changing landscape of helping clients focus on their business while we take care of their workforce needs.

Although much has changed over the 50 years with new leadership, services, and technology, the one thing that that has endured is the focus on being a family. Our team watches out and cares for each other and this value extends to our clients. Our clients have come to trust and value our expertise and personal touch that we bring to every relationship. A strong part of what’s allowed us to endure and persevere through the many changes is the spirit of Sisu that our founders naturally brought with them and has been adopted by all employees as part of our culture.
