How do I print my paystub or W-2?

When your employer uses Ahola for payroll services, you can print your paystubs and W2s online, if your employer has enabled this feature.

When you login to iSolved, you can access your Pay History (pay stubs) and W-2s from the navigation menu on the left of your screen.

Click View/Print Pay Stub from the blue action bar to download the document and print. When printing W-2s, select W2/ACA/1099 from the left menu bar, then select View Document for the relevant W-2 you wish to print.

 

How do I view my paystub or W-2 online?

When your employer uses Ahola for payroll services, you can access your paystubs and W2s online, if your employer has enabled this feature.

You should receive a registration email from The Ahola Corporation (ahola@myisolved.com) with a link to activate your Employee Self-Service account. Register your account within 72 hours of receiving this email:

 

 

 

 

Please note the following:
• Your Authorization Code/Pin is the last four digits of your SSN;
• Your password must be a minimum of 12 characters in length and contain at least one of all of the following: uppercase letter; lowercase letter; number; character found above the numbers on your keyboard, such as !@#$%^&*;
• Select a challenge question and provide an answer. It is advisable to select a question for which the answer is unlikely to change over time;
• Click the Continue button.

Didn’t receive the registration email? Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see the email, please contact your company’s payroll contact. This may be your HR Manager, Office Manager or Owner. They need to enable your access first, in order for you to receive the registration email.  The email will be sent to the email address you have provided to your company’s payroll contact and could be a work or a personal email.

When you login, your user name is your email address. You can access your Pay History (pay stubs) and W2s from the navigation menu on the left of your screen.

Login to employee self-service in the future at www.aholawebpr.com or www.ahola.com/login and select iSolved.

Why am I receiving an error message when logging in?

You may see an error stating ‘Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again.’

The password being entered does not match that which is stored in iSolved.

Use the Forgot Password link underneath the orange login button to change the password. The employee will be prompted to verify her or his identity for security purposes; he or she should follow the onscreen instructions to successfully log in to the Self Service account.

My account is locked, what should I do?

If an incorrect password has been entered six times, an employee’s account will be locked for security purposes.

You need to reach out to your Payroll Contact at your employer, this may be your HR Manager, Office Manager or Owner (whoever is responsible for running payroll). Your Payroll Contact will need to unlock your account in iSolved. Once this is done, your account will be immediately available to log in; we recommend following the directions above to change the password at this time.
