Corinne is a senior certified (SPHR) HR practitioner, overseeing the ProActive HR consulting division. She works directly with Ahola clients on HR topics such as recruitment, employee management, workplace regulations, and compliance. With a strong HR generalist background and aptitude for HR Information Systems, she marries her varied skillset to coach clients on HR best practices and creating administrative efficiencies. Corinne’s specialty is building employee handbooks and compliance-driven recruitment strategies for her clients.
Corinne brings over 7 years of HR experience in varying industries including healthcare and corporate retail. She earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources and business administration and a master’s of business administration both from Baldwin Wallace University. She is an alumna of North Royalton High School. Outside of work, Corinne is passionate about volunteering time with her Alma mater’s College of Business and is an appointed Area Alumnae Director for her National Sorority, Delta Zeta. In 2020, Corinne was recognized in Delta Zeta’s 35 Under 35. The honor recognizes outstanding young professionals who have demonstrated leadership, initiative and dedication to their careers, are motivated by challenges, serve as volunteers in their communities and are role models for their peers.
